Definition of cheating?

How do you define cheating?

1. Spouse "pleasuring" themselves without your knowledge.
2. Spouse going to a strip club.
3. Spouse looking for another person to have relations with, but not actually physically doing anything. You could call this an emotional affair.
4. The actual act (kissing, foreplay, etc.)

I'd like to know your opinion on it.
